OUR MISSION - To provide a high quality, educational, safe, and affordable early learning and school age wraparound program to families who live and work in the Elizabethtown area.
We provide education and care for Infants (6 weeks old) to School Age Children (through the end of 5th Grade). To request information about admission click here
ECCC is accredited by NAEYC (National Association for the Education of Young Children), is a Keystone STARS 4-STAR center, and is a United Way Program Partner.

We opened our doors in 1969, beginning with preschoolers, and over time expanded our services to include infant care through school age care.
